This is a formal counter statement against his actions/words against us Viretronics.

He has clearly stated in an email that he will ensure we lose business. There is an evidence to support this.

What brought about all these?

We did a repair and it suprisingly failed despite test reports and screenshots and we sent a donor unit with guarantee it works and sent to him via an Engineer. The Engineer tried all possible best to program the donor unit to his car and it failed.No communication.

Now we have agreed to give a refund but he stated he won't return back our donor unit until a refund. There is an email evidence. This clearly violates all our policies he agreed to when he sent his unit for repair to us.

He went on every platform where we are found and accused us of being all sorts of names. He has deleted most of them and we were lucky to screenshot them.

He has stated we use fake address, Our branches in the Uk are carefully spread out and because of COVID it is only convenient for our hired engineers to work from home.

He has stated we use a fake number, our business line is provided by a trusted provider we pay every month.

He has stated we are uninsured and not taxed, We are insured and registered with HMRC.

He stated the business is unregistered, we are registered with HMRC.

We are not obliged to provide all this information but we want to make a clear statement that he is on a personal vile mission to discredit the business.

We have been trading for over 2 years and have fixed at least 95% of the units sent to us. We are gathering all customers we have done a repair for since we have started to contradict him and cohorts for legal purpose.

The below was our reply to al his false reviews.

We have received your reviews. In all our communication threads we have agreed to give you a refund and have only asked to collect our donor unit we Brough to your home for cross reference/programming and you clearly refused. There is email evidence.

We have never ignored you for a week, there is email evidence aswell.

All of a sudden you turned out to calling us names, You have gone everywhere to leave lies and verbal abuse which do not represent us.

We came out to the car to help and program the donor unit to the car but we couldn’t communicate with both units using our diagnostics tool.

We have repaired units for over hundreds of customers all around the Uk and other parts of the world and they are ready to dispute your reviews and opinions about us.

We are simply saying allow us to collect the unit and you will have the refund paid to you.

We all of a sudden turned because we simply stated that we will only send a refund once you return our unit.

You refused to send our unit , there is email evidence.

It is sad that the repair didn't work despite supplying a donor unit that worked on bench. We have terms and conditions that we use to trade.

Once again we will give a refund as I have always stated once we have collected the unit from you.

All your assumptions and defamations are baseless and noted for legal purpose.

Your abuses and defamation violates our business policy and we have terminated all contracts with you.

I am the above commentator, The Unrefunded. The above posting is now some 12 days old. There have been many developments over this time, including a rather nasty "Cat and Mouse" game using various feedback based platforms. Some of which seem to no longer host the ANB on their service, for reasons best known to those services. I'd like to make a record, of a correction to the statement expressed by myself, the Unrefunded, in light of new evidence and developments. Firstly, the item first returned to me, was in fact my own. The security markings placed on it were badly faded, and took a second examination to find traces of. It did, as detailed previously, not work and shorted out, Driving the ABS pump with the keys out. Details are important, and this matters for viability of evidence. I would also like noted, that as of this morning at 0745, 22/08 an email was received from the ANB, stating a collection and refund. This has been loosely spoken off in emails many times over, but until this morning has never been given with time, date or nominated service. On Thursday, the item will be waiting to be collected by Royal mail collection, with refund, less postage, of £350 being paid back on Friday. This refund will be in my bank account by 4pm. If it is not received by then, another visit will be made to the local police station, where a very helpful desk officer will be given all of the evidence to update the case notes held. If the proposed exchange fails to materialise, is not upheld by the ANB, all evidence will be shared with all agents and authorities applicable, be they law enforcement, HM government, service provider, platform administrator, Banking sector, FSA, and anyone else I deem worthy of this evidence. It goes without saying any form of retaliation against me will incurre the same. You have no idea the leg work already put in on this case, with various agencies thus far. Do not escalate this. If the matter crosses the criminality division between civil and criminal, the local police will update their case files with you as prime suspect. Any criminal act against me, my family, home,

or possessions will incurre this premeditated response, along with others. Thanks to the evidence of your home visit, linked to this case, my address is now on a priority list with Northamptonshire Police. Any act against it will implicate you and the ANB in criminal proceedings and prosecutions will result. Uphold your side of this agreement, that you yourself have proposed. I will be waiting watching and recording.
