No they have no specific cover for TV breakdown , you would need to have taken out extended warranty on your TV purchase

shocking. my house was broken into 04/03/25, their jewellery assessor called me on 09/05/25, as it had taken that long for them to get in contact.Not only that they sent him a picture of the broken into door and not the pictures of the missing jewellery.
I do not want to renew my policy and I do not want to speak to anyone (chat was no good) I just want to not have it renewed. What do I need to do?
Best thing is to ensure you've specified that you don't want your policy to auto renew, before it gets to the renewal date. Having said that, they still rangvto remind me that my policy was due for renewal. I complained about this as it was a hassle I didn't want.

I have just purchased the policy expert home emergency plus cover. Does anyone have any experience with it and has anyone used it yet?
Horrendous experience with their home emergency people a couple of years ago. No Plumbing in the toilet for the best part of a week, eventually had to call a local Plumber in who came in the following morning and fixed it in ten minutes.
The following year they declined on a Gas emergency due to something in their small print.
I wouldn't count on them .
